Admissions Process

Honeycomb Haven Academy Enrollment Directives and Requirements:

1. Enrollment Meeting/Interview: A mandatory enrollment meeting/interview is required for all prospective students and their parents/guardians. This meeting serves as an opportunity for families to learn more about our educational approach and discuss the student's academic and social needs. 

 

2. Application Process: To apply for enrollment at Honeycomb Haven Academy, parents/guardians must complete and submit an enrollment application form. The application form should include relevant contact information, academic history, and any special considerations or accommodations needed for the student. Request for a registration packet can be sent to honeycombhavenacademy@gmail.com

 

3. Documentation: Along with the application form, parents/guardians are required to submit the following documents:

   - Copy Birth certificate or proof of age for the student.

   - Copy of letter sent to the school district declaring the child a homeschooler

   - Any relevant medical or educational assessments or reports. 

 

4. Enrollment Criteria: Enrollment at Honeycomb Haven Academy is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:

   - Availability of space in the desired level.

   - Suitability of the school's educational approach for the student's needs and learning style.

   - Commitment to the school's values, code of ethics, and collaborative learning environment.

5. Tuition and Fees: Information about tuition costs, fees, and payment schedules will be provided during the enrollment meeting/interview. 

 

6. Parental Commitment: Parents/guardians are expected to demonstrate a commitment to actively participating in their child's education, supporting the school's values and policies, and engaging in collaborative partnerships with staff.

 

7. Acceptance Notification:Upon completion of the enrollment meeting/interview and submission of all required documents, families will be notified of the student's enrollment status. Acceptance into Honeycomb Haven Academy is contingent upon meeting all enrollment requirements and criteria.
